What we do

Seven decisions, grouped by what they're actually for

Most people arrive with one question and leave having found two more attached to it. These pages are written to be read before you call — each one covers what the product does, who it suits, and where it falls short.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do you charge for advice?

No. There is no fee to review your situation or compare options. Insurance carriers pay agent compensation when a policy is placed, and that does not change your premium.

Do I have to buy something?

No. A meaningful share of reviews end with 'what you have is fine, keep it'. That is a legitimate outcome and we will say so plainly when it applies.

Which of these should I start with?

Whichever has a deadline. Medicare windows close on fixed dates, Medigap's guaranteed-acceptance window happens once, and ACA Marketplace enrollment has its own annual window. Supplemental coverage and annuities can be reviewed any time.

Do you offer every plan and every carrier?

No agent does. We do not offer every plan available in your area, and the information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer. Where something we cannot access is clearly a better fit, we will tell you, and point you to Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE.

Not sure which of these applies to you?

That is the normal starting point. Tell us what prompted the search and we will work out together which decisions actually need making.
