Our home market

Northeast Wisconsin, in the data

Wisconsin is one of only three states — with Massachusetts and Minnesota — where Medicare Supplement policies are not sold under the familiar Plan A through Plan N letters. Wisconsin uses a single basic policy that you build on with optional riders. National comparison sites and out-of-state agents routinely get this wrong.

That concentration is not a marketing line — it is what the CMS enrollment data shows. Across our home counties, the vast majority of people on Medicare have chosen an Advantage plan over Original Medicare.

How local coverage works

Three things that change by where you live

Plans are set by county

Medicare Advantage and Part D menus are built county by county. Your permanent-residence county — not your mailing address — decides what you can buy.

Rules differ by state

Wisconsin standardizes Medicare Supplement its own way; the other states use the federal lettered plans. Same question, different answer across a state line.

Distance is no barrier

We work with clients statewide by phone and video across all seven states — so where you live never limits the help you can get.

Questions

About our service area

Which states are you licensed in?

Wisconsin, Florida, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia. Our home base is northeast Wisconsin; in the other states we work with clients statewide by phone and video.

Why does my county matter so much?

Medicare Advantage and Part D plan menus are built county by county. The county of your permanent residence — not your mailing address — determines which plans you can actually buy. Two neighbours on opposite sides of a county line can be offered different options.

Do you work with clients outside Wisconsin?

Yes. We are licensed in all seven states and serve clients across each of them. Call (920) 455-5547 and we will confirm what is available where you live.

Do you meet in person?

Usually not. We moved to a remote-first model several years ago, and nearly every review now happens by phone or video — which is how most clients prefer it. In-person appointments are reserved for people who genuinely need one, in our northeast Wisconsin home area, and we assess that case by case when you book. Mention it when you get in touch and we will sort out the format.
