Medicare disclosure
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
Not a government agency
Benefits Empire is an independent insurance agency. We are not connected with, affiliated with, or endorsed by the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Health Insurance Marketplace, or the Social Security Administration.
Nothing on this site is an official government communication. We do not use government seals, logos or styling designed to suggest otherwise.
Not advice
The information on this site is educational and general in nature. It is not tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any specific product. Product availability, features, and rates vary by state, carrier, and individual eligibility.
Consult a qualified tax professional, attorney or financial adviser regarding your specific circumstances before acting on anything you read here.
No guarantee of coverage
Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance or a quote. Coverage exists only when an application has been submitted, underwritten, accepted and issued by an insurance carrier. Approval is not guaranteed, and premiums depend on underwriting, age, location, product and carrier.
Insurance product disclosures
Annuities
Annuity guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured, and are not guaranteed by any federal agency. Surrender charges may apply to early withdrawals, and withdrawals before age 59½ may incur an additional federal tax penalty. Fixed indexed annuities are insurance products, not investments — you do not own the underlying index or receive its dividends.
ACA / Marketplace health plans
Benefits Empire is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Health Insurance Marketplace or any government agency. Eligibility for premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions depends on your household income and circumstances, and plan availability, premiums and networks vary by state and rating area. For complete information on all Marketplace options, visit HealthCare.gov or your state exchange.
Supplemental coverage (dental, vision & hearing, hospital indemnity)
Supplemental policies are not major medical coverage and are not a substitute for Medicare or a comprehensive health plan; on their own they do not meet minimum essential coverage requirements. Benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, annual maximums and availability vary by state and carrier.
